We build connections between people and animals through community enrichment and social engagement. We are an all volunteer charity including staff, CEO, Board of Directors, Advisory Board and Honorary Board Members whose contributions of time and talent are all donated. We save lives and break the cycle of animal cruelty for at risk equines by providing for their vital ongoing stewardship and facilitating appropriate transition to new forever homes. Founded in 2008, WFLF has served a steady stream of rescue horses since that time. In 2013 WFLF's rescue program experienced a very positive 172% increase of equines saved since 2012.
