For Immediate release (June 7th, 2011)Wild for Life Foundation (WFLF) releases 1st in a Series of Direct Message Banners as tools to help raise awareness to end horse slaughter. The 1st banner is released in support of Rep Jim Moran's amendment to Defund Horse Slaughter in the U.S. Last week WFLF release a 1 minute PSA on Youtube to help explain the purpose of the defunding and the urgency involved.
"Those who oppose the reopening of horse slaughter plants are encouraged to use these tools by cross posting them on their social websites and blogs", says filmmaker of "Saving America's Horses". The eye catching banner features Actor/ Director Linda Gray as seen in the the film, Saving America's Horses - A Nation Betrayed".
The American public is urged to take action by contacting their representatives before the looming vote on June 15th when the House could vote to fund horse slaughter plants in the U.S. with taxpayer dollars.
