to benefit Wild for Life Foundation's SAVING AMERICA'S HORSES: A NATION
BETRAYED.
Peter Max hosting the Kick-Off Reception on Thursday Dec 6th
at his studio for the film “Saving America’s Horses: A Nation Betrayed,” which
opens next day at Quad Cinema.
Peter Max is creating a brand new portrait of Bobby II
Freedom, a New York carriage horse that was rescued from slaughter by Equine
Advocates. This original painting will
be auctioned off during the Peter Max party for SAVING AMERICA'S HORSES.
Proceeds will
benefit Wild for Life Foundation’s SAVING AMERICA’S HORSES to help widen the
audience and support for this important documentary film project. Peter Max is one of the most famous
living artists. His bold colors, uplifting images and uncommon artistic
diversity have touched almost every phase of American culture and have inspired
many generations.
