This touching and empowering film is receiving rave reviews and has won multiple international awards, including Best Environmental Film in Canada and Best Documentary Film in Los Angeles through the film festival circuit. But timing is pivotal for America’s horses; their very survival is at stake and time is running out. The rush is on to meet 2012 theatrical release and Academy deadlines, and SAVING AMERICA’S HORSES is in the running, but funds are needed in order to cross the finish line this year!

Visit the " On the Trail to the Oscars; SAVING AMERICA'S HORSES" campaign page and "like" it and share it with your friends.
Please help bring this important film to the public eye by supporting its theatrical release campaign today.
SAVING AMERICA'S HORSES is a brilliant and hard hitting exposé that reveals how the public has been misled by government agencies and corporate interests that run over the laws that are supposed to protect the horses, the public and the environment.
About the 2012 bi Coastal Theatrical Release: The campaign to support SAVING AMERICA'S HORSES on Indiegogo ends on Sept 28th. Funds raised will help cover the minimum costs so that this film can get out through a bi coastal theatrical release this year. Saving America's Horses is an educational project under Wild for Life Foundation, a 501 c3 charity dedicated to saving, protecting and preserving equines. Donations to Wild for Life Foundation are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Horseback Magazine joins the rally of community support raising awareness for Wild for Life Foundation's campaign to bring SAVING AMERICA'S HORSES to bi coastal release and on the trail to Oscar!

Texas investigative journalist, noted Author & Horseback Editor Steven Long is a cast and honorary board member in the film, but it doesn't stop there. Steven is an avid horseman. Steven and his wife Vicki recently adopted Flying Algonquin, a retired race horse saved from slaughter, and he and his adopted horse Façade have appeared on Animal Planet’s “Animal Cops Houston.”

In recent news we announced the rally of community support from several other prominent leaders in the movement to protect equines from cruelty, including Laura Allan of Animal Law Coalition, Marlene Murray of The R.A.CE.FUND, Calamity Cate Crismani of True Cowboy Magazine, Debra Lopez of Animal Advocate TV, and Shelley Abrams of Americans Against Horse Slaughter. They are all reaching out to their networks in a unified showing of support for Wild for Life Foundation's campaign to bring SAVING AMERICA'S HORSES to public bi coastal release this year.
