“Our furry friends help make our lives better, so this month we are returning the favor,” says Booster.  We are thrilled because all month long Booster is featuring Wild For Life Foundation's Saving America’s Horses Hope TEES for Horses ‘B-Cause’ it’s a great cause that benefits animals!

We’re raising awareness and needed funds to help save and aid victimized horses and burros including babies, orphan foals, nursing mama’s and other at-risk equines who’ve recently been rescued under Wild For Life Foundation's Equine Rescue and Recovery mission.  Funds raised will help pay for their most essential needs including veterinary medical care, nutritional food, transport and peaceful safe habitats.

Within weeks of losing her freedom, her family, her home on America’s public range-land, Avalon a sweet and innocent little wild burro gave birth to her baby son, Orroyo.  And, thanks to the continued support from caring people like you, we were able save Avalon, her baby and her family - And, reunite and place them at our wild horse and burro recovery center. Avalon and Orroyo have since transitioned to our sanctuary program where they are safely enjoying an open space natural habitat. Their story is helping to raise awareness and aid for America's wild horses and burros. These precious wild ones are just a few of the many wild burros and horses whose stories we are sharing.

Check out this adorable t-shirt and see Scooter and his mommy, Clarabelle.  Scooter is one of our newest arrivals and he’s just days old!  Clarabelle is one of the six pregnant Jennies who came into our program earlier this year. Saving America's Horses fights for lives of at-risk horses and burros

At risk horses and burros caught in the crossfire after losing their freedom, their families and nearly losing
their lives.  These innocent horses and burros, saved from cruelty, roundups and slaughter each have a story of hope, survival and courage to tell and they are counting on caring and compassionate people like you to share their stories, help keep them safe, and encourage others to say NO to animal cruelty and abuse.

"Together, we are their voice and their voice must be heard," says Katia Louise, director of Saving America's Horses. Katia is also the founder and president of the Wild For Life Foundation, the parent charity of Saving America's Horses, an international consortium of veterinarians, equestrian professionals, equine welfare experts, researchers, horse advocates, scientists, film and television artists, and concerned citizens working in concert to promote wild horse preservation initiatives with a focus on the prevention of equine cruelty and ending the slaughter of America's horses.  Katia  
has dedicated her life's work to the protection of America's horses from horrific cruelty, savage brutality and barbaric genocidal abuse.  Katia is the filmmaker of "Saving America's Horses" the lifesaving  and international award winning documentary movie. Katia and WFLF's dedicated team of volunteer rescuers work tirelessly everyday in the trenches, evacuating cruelty victims to safety, nursing their wounds, providing them nutritious food and tender loving care. But they cannot do this lifesaving work alone. Cochise is a wild Navajo Mustang who was captured during brutal US government sponsored roundups. He lost his freedom, his native homelands, his family and nearly lost his life to barbaric slaughter. WFLF saved his life and evacuated him to safety where he was reunited with his closest family members. Cochise and his family's recovery continues on a daily basis through the charitable Wild Horse and Burro Rescue and Recovery Mission of the Wild For Life Foundation (WFLF), a 501c3 volunteer charity dedicated to saving, protecting and preserving wild and domestic equines.

WFLF's rescue and sanctuary program provides lifesaving aid to at-risk and victimized horses and burros like Cochise and his family that have nowhere else to go. Tax deductible contributions made to WFLF pay for lifesaving transport, vet medical care, nutritious hay and safe and peaceful housing. Donations can be made online, or by mail in any amount, and will help save lives today.

"The ongoing influx of calls for our emergency rescue services means that Wild for Life Foundation is constantly stretched in our ability to effectively respond to crisis," adds Ms Louise.  "Without crucial funding, there have been occasions when we could not save animals in dire need.  Therefore it is with great urgency that we make this plea for your continued support."
